So...I've finally updated my gallery after ages of promising. I didn't have as much as I thought I would, but I haven't really been that into my drawing this term. I'm getting back into it though, as noted by the last picture of Nugget. That was the first "real" drawing that I've done since April.

Speaking of Nugget, He's my favorite thing to draw currently. I think I'm getting a lot better at it too. There's so much shading and potential for detail with him that it's really pushing me to get better. I'm hoping to see even more improvement by this summer.

Speaking of summer, I may or may not be able to update my gallery during the three months of sunshine and giggles. I've got stuff planned to take place, and then there's the whole issue of my crappy internet when I'm at home. I'll try and update my journal though, and I'll make a point of doing at least one upload before August, which just means making a point of going into town to one of the places with free wifi.

Ummm......oh and my six legged puppies...they're slightly disturbing aren't they? Yet I find the challenge of drawing them to be slightly fun to say the least. I haven't drawn them since I did the movement one, but I intend to do some more of them. You haven't seen the last of them!

My trial on Photoshop CS3 ran out *cry* so I'm back to either no color or traditional coloring. It's kind of annoying, because CS3 is so expensive...just for photoshop it's at least $600 which is out of my price range at the moment. bleh...

I've taken a major hiatus from drawing for AotR recently. Simply because the characters are annoying me. The story is taking some twists right now as well and most of my thinking about AotR goes into plotting and filling my new (and mostly self-appointed) role as thread secretary. I'll probably get back into drawing for that as soon as I finish my drawing for and 's elemental contest. I think the deadline for that is the beginning of August. I'm really hoping to win something, so I'm going to put a lot of effort into the drawing for that.
